Is the IT review really free?
Yes. We look at your devices, Microsoft 365, backups, network and security and give you a written summary of what’s fine, what’s risky and what we’d fix first. You’re under no obligation to work with us.
Do we have to sign up to anything afterwards?
No. The report is yours to keep, and you can act on it with us or without us.
Can you do the review remotely?
Yes. We can carry out the review remotely or at your premises, whichever suits you.
How long does it take?
The first conversation takes around 30 minutes. We’ll arrange the rest of the review at a time that suits you.
Will you try to sell us something?
If you’d like our help, we’ll give you a written, fixed monthly price, with any one-off work itemised separately. If not, you keep the report and that’s the end of it.
We already have an IT provider. Can we still have a review?
Yes. You can use the review as an independent second opinion on your current set-up. You’re under no obligation to switch.
