SquareOne IT was founded in 2026 with one aim: to give small and growing businesses the kind of security-first, well-run IT that used to be reserved for companies with their own IT department, and to explain it all in plain English.

Why we exist
If it's not working, it's our problem now.
Small businesses are asked to run modern, secure technology without the people or time to do it. The result is familiar: a patchwork of suppliers, security left at the defaults, backups nobody has tested, and an owner resetting passwords at night.
We started SquareOne IT to change that. We take responsibility for the whole picture, from the helpdesk and the security tools to Microsoft 365, the network and the broadband line, and we work as an extension of your team rather than a supplier you have to chase.

Where we are
Based at the Kent Innovation Centre, Broadstairs
Our office is at the Kent Innovation Centre on Thanet Reach Business Park, a hub for growing Kent businesses. It puts us minutes from Margate, Ramsgate and Broadstairs, around half an hour from Canterbury and Deal, and within easy reach of the rest of the county.

Every plan includes managed endpoint protection with MDR. We hold Cyber Essentials ourselves and build security into everything we set up.
